We want our customers to shop with confidence. If you find the same item sold by an authorized UK retailer at a lower price, we’ll match it.

Eligibility

• Product must match in size, colour, style, and specification.

• Must be available from a reputable UK seller.

• Must be in stock at competitor’s store.

• Request must be made before purchase or within 7 days of your order.

How to Request

Include:

• Competitor’s product link

• Your LIAARAA order number (if applicable)

Exclusions

No price match for:

• Clearance or liquidation sales

• Flash deals, membership prices

• Marketplace sellers (eBay/Amazon Marketplace)

• Used, damaged, or refurbished items

Refunds

If approved after purchase, we refund the difference within 7 business days.
